Reserva Serrat is a megaproject that is part of the Partial Plan of Altos de Calasanz, which contemplates the development of 11,000 housing units, of which Reserva Serrat will develop approximately 3,000 in its 7 housing projects spread over 17 hectares of land. Out of these 17 hectares, Constructora Monserrate will allocate 5 hectares to the municipality for public spaces surrounding part of the Residential Reserve.
In Reserva Serrat, 1,000 new trees will be planted, harmonizing this Residential Reserve with its neighbor: the Ecological Park of La Mina Creek, the latter consisting of 8 hectares of green areas, a public space for the enjoyment of the community at large, in which Constructora Monserrate will provide 450 meters of green trails allowing visitors to explore the park and delight in the city's greenery.
SELVA is the second development of Reserva Serrat, a project that is in the process of EDGE certification. It will consist of 3 apartment towers of 46 and 57 sqm (built areas) for Tower 1 and 2.
Tower 3 will be comprised of apartments of 54 sqm (built area), featuring TWO MAIN BEDROOMS, benefiting from natural lighting and ventilation. These apartments will be delivered with finishes.
